  The department has set higher targets for itself.Also, with economic liberalisation and media explosion, our customers' aspirations too have gone up. To keep pace, we have planned the following:

  • Local supplies and direct deliveries at the Area Depots,thus cutting down transit time and transportation cost.

  • Improve After-Sales-Service and local replacement for defective products at All-India level.

  • Plans for additional warehousing.

  • Opening new depots for enhanced accessibility.

  • Introducing Consumer Empowerment programmes.
